Blessing Box at Buchanan General Hospital

Located in the YMCA parking lot near Buchanan General Hospital and Grundy High School, the box is used daily by members of the community. The Strength and Balance Class at the Buchanan County YMCA started this Blessing Box to support neighbors in need. Donations often include food, hygiene items, diapers, baby food, and even pet food, thanks in part to support from the Buchanan County Humane Society. It’s a small box with a big mission: take what you need, leave what you can.
